Employee Motivation
Employee motivation is not one size fits all. You need to get to know your employees to understand how to motivate them to achieve goals. Don’t assume you know what motivates each of your employees or that each is motivated in the same way. (Hint: money is rarely a true motivator; however recognition is a great general motivator for employees. Remember that some like public recognition, but quieter employees may appreciate one-on-one recognition.)
