Let’s face it – we are all managing projects every day! They may be simple or more complex, but regardless of what role you have within the organization – managing projects is likely to be one of the things you have to do! You don’t need to be a project manager or aspire to be one to learn how to manage the projects on your plate effectively and efficiently. This program will provide you the basics of managing projects – regardless of their size or complexity. And, it will provide you with a better way of getting the work done overall.
All participants will be provided a participant guide as well as templates to use back on the job. Participants practice the concepts learned in the workshop through case studies, problem solving scenarios and discussions.
